There is a medical centre in Falls Creek, managed by Respond Global, that operates during the winter season for emergency medical treatment. The Falls Creek Medical Centre is located on the Bogong High Plains Rd, next to the base of the Gully chairlift. The centre can be contacted by calling (03) 5758 3238.
The centre is staffed by experienced doctors and nurses - treatment is on a triage basis only; patients are seen in order of arrival and medical priority so you may need to wait to be seen if there are more critical patients requiring treatment. Appointments cannot be made in advance.
The centre is open every day during the snow season, 10am – 6pm (last patient admission at 5pm).
