Price Drops on Resort Entry Permits

Falls Creek Resort has announced price drops for resort entry permits this Spring! Starting from today, Thursday 29th of August 2024, enjoy a 30% discount on resort entry permits, now just $44 per day.
After a fantastic July and August, recent rain and warmer temperatures have quickly affected snow cover across the mountain, leading to the closure of some lifts and terrain for alpine skiing and snowboarding. Temperatures have dropped again, and the resort saw a dusting of 3cm overnight with a little more on the forecast for early next week. For up-to-date lift and trail status, please check the Falls Creek Snow Report each morning. The cross-country skiing trails have also been affected by the weather with very limited terrain still accessible.
“The beauty of Falls Creek is that much of our terrain faces south, meaning it’s less affected by the sun and weather and retains snow longer than some other Australian resorts. The coverage on the south side is holding up well, still offering good skiing and boarding for both beginners and intermediate skiers. Conditions are far from their peak but with these great deals, it’s a good option for beginners and first-timers to hit the slopes.
To encourage guests to visitors to the resort despite the unseasonable change in conditions, the resort and business operators within, have decided to decrease prices to reflect the current experience” explained Head of Marketing & Visitor Experience, Sarah Watt.
