Regional Victorian Lockdown Areas
Today the Chief Health Officer has declared the City of Greater Geelong, the Surf Coast and Mitchell Shire will enter a seven-day lockdown commencing at 11:59pm on Sunday 19 September, with restrictions the same as those in the City of Ballarat and metropolitan Melbourne, excluding the curfew.
This follows his announcement on the 15th of September advising the City of Ballarat's seven-day lockdown from 11:59pm on the 15th of September.

Therefore visitors from a declared lockdown area will be unable to enter Falls Creek as of 20th September 2021 to ensure the resort is complying with the Chief Health Officers directives.
If a guest has been staying in a non-lockdown region of Victoria since before the lockdown was effective, they are able to visit Falls Creek. Proof of accommodation in the region (such as in Mount Beauty or Bright) is required to be shown at the Ticket Box along with a negative COVID test result for each passenger over 12 years old; the result must have been received in the previous 72 hours.
If you have already purchased your resort entry permit and are no longer able to visit please completed the refund request form that can be downloaded through the button below. The form must be completed and submitted to [email protected] by the 8th of October 2021.
